Not sure but I was repping 225 on incline really good yesterday for quality sets. It was honestly the best workout I can recall in years. The thing is normally you think of things that make you mad or angry for strength to motivate you right? Or at least I do. This time I though of something that makes me happy. It was craxy how much strength and energy I had I dont know if it is from minor tweaks the formula a positive attitude or just additional rest but man I smoked it yesterday. I can't even be mad anymore. Then after that wrestling practice. Spencer put the other kid on his back in under 20 seconds 3 times in a row at the end when they live wrestled. I filmed it never been so proud. I can't even hate on you idiots. Have a great day go lift something and work off those titties.

He has been "lifting" for 30 years and thinks high handles hex bar equates to a conventional deadlift :D  Can't make this up.

Are we confident that hex bar weighs what bhanks says it weighs?  He is so bad with numbers.  This may have been even less than 330  :o

No one in their right mind is going to try and fight me not today not yesterday and not tomorrow but keep pretending otherwise.

If I wasn't getting a pec surgery and wasn't trying to avoid any criminal chargers prior to applying to law school I would fly to Canada and England, Manhattan and Chicago on an ass whooping world tour. But I am getting my pec fixed. My pec matters more that is where my world ass whipping tour vacation budget is going. None of these people are worth what my pec is worth to me. None of them are worth getting charges while I am applying to law school. Even if I were to beat all charges it would take years and you can't get in with open assault charges. So yeah they are not worth risking law school admission or delaying my pec surgery that I need to get done and recover from before next year.

When I first came here I had nothing to lose killing Josh in public on the floor of home depot. Now I have way too much to risk. I love my life not going to fuck it up right now. That doesnt mean I wouldntr beat them half to death on sight but it does mean I am not going on my ass kicking world tour right now looking for charges.

There you have it boys.  Anyone can now say they would MDK Hankins but they won't because its not worth the charges, or the time it would take to defend themselves, or delay some surgery.

The deadlift seems like it's too complicated of a matter for him to resolve, so let's just move on to the squat.  He can't wrap his feeble mind around concepts like lifting the weight from handles raised ~ 8" above the midline making the lift dramatically easier.

bhanks, how many reps of 405 do you think/plan/expect/blah-blah to do?  Two?  Five?  Eight?  When can we expect the video?

Regardless I beat that dudes ass for 2 rounds. If the ref had let me I would have done it for a 3rd. I came there with 2 buddies. He copromoted the event and had 100 people with him. He was given a gift and wants to pretend he did something. The ref literally had to ask me to let Clegg back up at the end of both rounds. He was never going to get out from under me in a million years

Or I sold a 20-year-old house for 1.4m and bought one even nicer brand new one for 740k and put the rest into income generating investments. I don't even have to borrow the money but I might anyway and invest it as well as the government will loan not just tuition but also housing expenses. Then pay it back after that investment doubles or get a government job and never pay it back at all.   What a moron I am. Oh yeah I also have a mortgage payment due to me every month now. I am so dumb too bad I didnt go to school for Finance and work on Wall Street and earn a Charter Financial Analyst designation for money management. Oh wait I did and I am never going to have to work another day in my life. Of course I like the idea of being a lawyer it sounds like fun so I am going to try and get into law school. If that doesn't work out oh well gym tan laundry then
