I was training specifically for strengthen & power
I'm sure you could definitely hit some very impressive No's
should you choose to.

My competition Powerlifting weight went from 75kg to 90kg
when i was hitting those No's.

I then went into Bodybuilding & didn't Lift so heavy/ test
my max strength.

I was reasonable on reps - did 410lbs for 5s on incline
330+ behind neck press , 430 x 19 back squats & 410 x 5s front squats,

The back squats & front squats were by far the most taxing.

My 10 would be

Laterals
Upright cable rows
Face pulls
Alternate db curls
Overhead extensions
Shrugs
Incline db press
Leg extensions
Rotary calf
Pull ups

With those I would get as big as I wanted.

Yeah I don’t think you need a 100 different exercises eventually we all find the ones we feel the most in the target muscle group
