I literally spent Wens night at wrestling practice watching my son kick ass after watching him wrestle in a tournament this last Saturday. I am taking him to boxing practice tomorrow. I gave him a new kids barbell yesterday he used to bench press.

I just got the kids bar from Rogue and the sleeves are kind of short had to use my rogue calibrated thin plates instead of my regular plates on it. That is fine Spencer likes the color and small increment adjustments. The issue is it is not long enough for the benchpress. You cant rack it

I would like him to be able to rack and unrack the weight himself may need to look for a kid bench online

Maybe a standard old school style bench vs a wider olympic and bar will fit

The bar is too short to rack on my bench but he also has short arms so need it not as wide and lower

They make crappy toddler benches which I have but no real kid size quality bench
