Hmm, sorry to disturb a dying thread.

Finland seemed to have barbell curl champinships few weeks back.
Ass and back against the wall, feet about a foot away from the wall.
Local newspaper had a video, winner did 24x with half of his bodyweight.
I cant link it for some reason.

Youtube seems to have quite many videos of this as well.

Looks quite natural and ok. Don’t really know how these SCN types can make it look so odd and awkward, dragging that bb up across the body?
