I wish I said I was going to ask my Dr unfortunately he didn't prescribe me any HGH so again on nothing just eating and weight is heavy. I am real happy for it being 6 weeks only have 3 to go and can start training again. I can't lose much if my weight is good. Also everything is getting a break should be ready. 2 grams a week lol hell no nothing for weeks just been healthy not holding water in my ankles or feet either. The body is more complex there are limiting feedback loops breaks are required. Right now, doing nothing and heavy so happy with that.

Meanwhile I don't drink and I don't take any pills on a regular basis not even advil or antacids I just took my prescribed painkillers for 5 days after Hernia surgery. I have taken no supplements, no pills, no  "gear" haven't trained I have done nothing and I am holding 235lbs. Once I start training again I am sure the weight will come down a few pounds and I will lean out some but I am holding my size despite taking a complete break from everything. Just 3 more weeks and I am cleared to train again and belly button hernia area is looking great no visible scars in that area. Going to be adding an outdoor squatting station at the house in addition to my new trap bar so will be doing more squats and deadlifts but will be using light weight and reps to prevent injury. But yeah I was afraid to bulk or lift too heavy when I had the Hernia as did not want to make it worse will still be careful but the abdomen should be stronger than before.

Strange you all told me I would be 170lbs once I quit training and bulking yet here I am doing nothing all and holding my size and then some. Weird I don't feel like I have lost any muscle if anything my aches and pains feel well rested and ready to train.
You`re laid up and inactive eating your usual high calorie fat and sugar laden nonsense slop.....why should you lose stored shit,piss,and bloat weight ?

The body needs a reason to lose weight,you are laying around slothlike with a spoon in your hand.

Big accomplishment...     with 3 more weeks of lethargy to go, and you should be a big gutted,bloated,waterlogged, shit filled, donut looking 250 pounder, with a delicate abdominal wall that won`t allow you to truly do a helluva` lot in the gym......so it`s more like 9 more weeks to go.

I have been eating less not stuffing I was surprised. I am a little softer as I am not burning calories training and recovering from training. I also still have some swelling, but 3 more weeks isn't too long, and I seem to be keeping my size. I would rather carry a few extra pounds and keep my size when not training than compound the recovery and lack of training issue with a calorie deficit. Once I start lifting again, I will tone up just fine.
