She pays $100 a session and she sees her 3-4 times a week on average. I don’t think this is unusual in major US cities. The trainer is basically just a rep counter but she says she needs the motivation. It’s not worth arguing about.

I worked with a trainer after a series of injuries..dude is well known and super expensive. Got me back to brand new..had to spend around 6 months in Florida training with him to put me back together.

His services and membership were around $15-20k for that time..would gladly spend it again if I were in that situation again
