Report: Russian Journalist Suggests Ukraine Is Using Crystal Meth to Boost Its Soldiers’ Performance

I sat down today with former Fox News reporter, Clayton Morris, to discuss disturbing reports of Ukrainian troops being drugged. This was in response to a chat I had on Wednesday with Russian war correspondent, Marat Khairullin. Marat told me that Ukrainian troops who are captured or who have surrendered to Russian forces are showing clear signs of being under the influence of some narcotic. They are oblivious to pain and, while in Russian custody, go through painful withdrawal. In some cases the sobering up takes more than a week. Marat said this is becoming pretty common. It is not an isolated case.

I checked in with one of my DEA buddies (he ran undercover money laundering ops in NYC for several years) and he said it sounds like they are getting dosed with Crystal Meth or some variant. Some of the effects include:

A user may feel anxious and confused, be unable to sleep, have mood swings, and become violent.

They may become paranoid. They may hear and see things that aren’t there. They may think about hurting themselves or others. The drug can affect judgment and lessen inhibitions. Someone under the influence of the drug may be more likely to engage in risky behaviors

Not caring about personal appearance or grooming.

Strange sleeping patterns — staying up for days or even weeks at a time

Jerky, erratic movements; twitching; facial tics; animated or exaggerated mannerisms; and constant talking
This may explain why the Ukrainians continue to throw themselves at Russian defensive positions and incur massive casualties.

We also discuss Ukraine’s latest insane tactic — i.e., they insert soldiers on foot; they must march to the frontline position carrying ammunition, water, food and other kit. Who ever came up with this is a moron. I challenge any of you to grab 500 rounds of 7.62 x 51 ammunition and carry that for a mile. It weighs about forty pounds. If you get into a gunfight and are firing on full auto, that amount of ammo will last about 15 minutes. There is no system for resupply. While you are carrying the ammo grab a couple of gallon jugs of water. You’ll need that to stay hydrated for a day. What happens when you run out? Good question.

My point is this. These Ukrainian troops are put in a no win situation and, without a steady stream of armored vehicles to resupply them, are performing the military equivalent of premature ejaculation. They cannot sustain an offensive push.

That was 1945. They also used steroids. Our military wants to test for gear with Special ops. That ridiculous

I read some opinions on professionalmuscle how steroid using athletes are a huge liability from many angles. I was convinced. For one, steroids wreck your endurance and recovery. All extra weight is a liability. They alter your mood where you need to actually be unagressive and not overly violent. This was said by someone who has used steroids for decades himself and is actually involved in training SF. He says steroid users are much more often medvac'ed due to non-military related issues. He says the military has a lot of  data and this is due to data collection over many years. He says it's actually practically allowed in some other branches, everyone is on steroids. Same with regular police. Everyone knows who is on steroids but they look away.

Steroids are a huge hindrance for special ops guys or infantry in general. The bigger you are the quicker you tire out and the slower you are. People watch movies like Commando or Predator with Arnold running around and killing people and aliens while never getting tired and think that is reality. ::) The best soldiers/Marines I have ever known were skinny guys.

They will test for male hormone derivatives but have no problem with men in the Navy taking estrogen.

Anyone concerned with military guys on steroids making bad decisions because of how aggressive they feel while juicing?

Big mistake on the Navy's part.

Recruitment for all military branches has been at an all time low.

If any red blooded American wants to willingly put their life on the line to protect the interests of a bunch of wealthy congressmen that seek to keep the military industrial complex alive and well, these brave men should be allowed to be juiced to the gills and on cocaine whenever desired.

Don't like it? Let them put their children on the front lines.

Excellent points.

If they have a rule prohibiting it. Then that's that.

Random testing is bullshit. Where you are compelled to provide samples of your blood and/or urine. It's invasive and frankly seems intrusive and unconstitutional.

I'm subject to random testing.  Been under random testing for the past 25 plus years. Now, how about this: in 22 years I was probably tested a total of 8, maybe 10 times. A few years ago I started TRT and was prescribed 2 other controlled substances.  So I go in for my urinalysis.  Comes back positive for steroids (they only measure test levels and if it's over 900 it's a positive for steroids) and another prescribed medication.  Lab doctor calls and asks do you have a prescription? Yep I do. I then provide him with the prescriptions. Dr- OK this is now considered a negative test and your supervisor will be informed that you had a negative test result. Well since then I've been "randomly" tested about 15 times in the past 2 years! I'm seriously considering contacting a lawyer.

That's invasive man.

One thing is for you to pop hot on a UDS for amphetamines and opioids and be put on a watch list that tests "occasionally", but to be tested on average 7x per year for simply having higher than "normal" testosterone levels is ridiculous. You had genuine Rx's for it, so no need to treat you like a seeker.

I don't believe that your ability to practice medicine is impaired by having higher than normal testosterone levels. Could you possibly be in a hypercoagulable state that places you at risk? Debatable. Even with higher than normal testosterone levels your mental faculties are intact and should in no way result with harm towards any patient. Additionally, if you were on a controlled substance along the lines of a stimulant, what's an improvement to your attention, concentration and focus going to do besides make you a more effective clinician that can actually work late into the evenings along the lines of a resident from the 80's and 90s?

Meanwhile, you know what "drug" every hospital gives out for free in every doctor's lounge? Coffee. Coffee contains caffeine which is also a stimulant. They pump out free coffee all day (i.e. stimulants) to keep their physicians on staff wired and drugged up. But there's nothing wrong with that right? This shit keeps them wired and working late into the day as if on speed. Incredible isn't it? Very rarely do hospitals give out anything for free, but the one thing they peddle for free is a drug by the name of Caffeine that is cleverly decorated by the guise of "coffee".

But what I do know. It's all fucked up.

someone should look into how they all stopped using at the same time

The information could help addicts today stop using

Some went the illegal route after WW2. Japan was said to have had "big" problems with meth addicts after the war. My understanding is also that amphetamines don't really cause withdrawal as say compared to opiates for example. What you get is lowered mood and brain damage if done long enough with a "high" enough dose.

Whay do you think about this guy? Would you immediately see that he's meth addict if he had a suit on or whatever? Most elsewhere said sure, I'd pick him out quickly.

Coffee is culturally important but it might be that coffee really is very benign. I was a heart patient and could drink coffee, nothing was said about it. I also used nicotine pouches, SNUS, in front of doctors and they didn't say anything about that either.

OT sort of but if you seek help for depresseion  that would be the worst time to cold turkey nicotine, same with coffee. This the psychiatrists say themselves. So they might actually tell a patient to keep smoking.

Now the Russian's say the Ukranians are all on amphetamines, supposedly when they are captured they quickly start withdrawing bad. But they exhibit zero fear in the trenches, just throw themselves out to be butchered.
I'm sure plenty of Russian's are on "meth" too.
Hard to know the truth or extent of use for obvious reasons.
