Hazbin would vouch that Im a large guy in person, and the thing is I have fantastic cardio these days thanks to the assault bike, probably best cardio in my life. Hanky would puke a brick up in person with me because I dwarf him, my wind is 1000 times better than his and even at 57 I can still go time if I have to. He would be such easy pickings its laughable, stay out of his range for 30 seconds, hes exhausted, makes one of his stupid wrestling lunges lol and game over. A little long winded side story,when I got back to Springfield Mass. after leaving Florida (I was there for 4 years),I was broke,no job etc.etc., and actually had to stay with my ex-wife for a while. 

Anyway,I called up Matt Dufresne who I knew since he was a kid, former Mr. USA,NABBA Mr. Universe,Mr. America,Teenage Mr. America, etc. etc. who was an old friend and owned a Golds Gym..........told him my story,he said come in and train all you want bro,free of charge...........I brought 2 of the pics from these proofs that I did have enlarged and showed them to him,he said I  looked great and asked who trained me and did my diet,I said I did !!  LOL

I took 2 busses there each way.......2 up,and 2 back all winter long........once I got a steady gig and was gonna pay him,he refused,but of course I insisted......he told me if I offered the money to him one more time he would ban me from the gym for life........great fucking guy, and a great bodybuilder,and a friend to this day.

I know my strength based on what I am squatting for reps of 15. That doesn't mean I am going to drop down and attempt an all out single. I absolutely do not want that much stress on my abdomen. I am stopping 2 reps short of failure. I am also not going lower than 8 reps on bench and again about 2 reps short of failure.

I saw the claim from Hanky earlier that he is squatting for 15 reps and that's how he knows what his max is (or for 8 reps on bench) and that he is stronger now than ever.

What weight do you need to squat for 15 reps to equal a 365lb squat?  One calculator I saw said 245 x 15 = 367 squat

What weight do you need to bench for 8 reps to equal a 315 or 365 bench?  One calculator I saw said 255 x 8=316 and 295 x 8 = 365 bench

Does anyone think Hanky is squatting 245x15 or benching 295x8?
