Sure, the HOA gave me pause, but I still think he'd be happier with the larger space considering he likes his cars and has 6-7 people now. Also he made it sound like Kitty Hawk was the hinterlands, so a ten minute drive would probably feel like nothing, and knowing Hankins math, it's probably more like 5-7 minutes.
