I also wish Elon would have his own Private Army

See what the EU Officials will do and how long they'll go

Maybe get some of his own Nukes while at it :D

The population being deplatformed en masse might have something to say to their leaders about it.

It's high time to have it out over the state censorship issue.

Wish Elon would insta-ban/suspend people like Rashida Talib, Shaun King, etc when they are busted tweeting complete falsehoods.

I'm sure there's other examples on the right side of the equation, but these were two that I thought of due to their recency.

Not even close to 50/50 hate and the Left controls 95% of media, but Elon gives at least some microphone to the non-establishment/corporate right

Not in media, in the country. Country is still slightly majority conservative, not republican mind you..conservative...the people that work and pay taxes and - gasp - got to church like normal people. Nothing else explains why we wouldn't have been totally over run by a red wave by now. They are building/importing the socialist free shit army though - much faster than conservatives are breeding new ones. Waiting for RINOs to "get em next election cycle when we have all three branches" is a joke.

Yes, on a carbon level it’s a bit iffy but do we really care? I don’t.

If fuel went to USD13/gallon you would see a huge shift in thinking towards electric cars. Nobody will give a fuck about whether it’s carbon neutral or not, they’ll simply want something that allows them to move around.

Besides, tech moves in steps rather than leaps. We had hybrids and after that electric came. No doubt we will move to something else.

May you said in a previous thread about how the electric company is charging you more, or a premium,  even though you have solar power.

If gas goes to whatever dollar amount the same issue will happen with electricity. Eventually elect bills will be extremely expensive as well.

In the US gasoline is heavily taxed and the money is “used” to maintain roads. Once that revenue stream is lost there will be a need to make it up……. Electric bills will never be the same. And that will change how you look at electric cars.
