I know an Asian guy, nice guy, but when Bernie Sanders was running for President he told me that he never saw a candidate that so closely matched his views. I let it go but wanted to say “Then why the fuck did your parents leave China?”

They’re hard working people but they don’t understand the concept of limited government. They see it as God.

From what I’ve seen, Eastern Europeans and Cubans seem to be the only ones who get it.

That started as soon as apartheid ended. It’s now reduced to a third world shit hole. I have two friends from SA. Both say they will never set foot there again. Apartheid was bad, no doubt. But this is a whole new level of bad. Some folks are not up to governing themselves

I have a SA friend that moved to Iraq to work as a military contractor just 'after' the Gulf war - because he felt it was safer than his current job recovering hijacked cars on the way to the border.
