I mean it's 30 seconds of me talking making a big deal out of it followed by an ugly lift. I thought the lift post lift didn't deserve that much prelift hype.

Either show us you're not wearing sleeves and a belt before or after the lift or just accept that the lift doesn't count.

I really don’t care if you guys count it or not. But sure here is the video. I am not bragging it’s not a ton but it’s something. You guys can’t even post a lift you want to talk shit about me saying how weak I am saying I don't lift heavy meanwhile I am benching 320lbs despite having 1.5 fucking pecs all your excuses are invalid. And I am doing it at 215lbs with abs at 46 so yeah I showed up I did what I said I would do. I posted a new post 40 bench press max 4.5 months post Hernia repair.

No lift. Need to see both elbows. One side going up easier than the other could be because of a sleeve

Yeah I am planning to get one so I can go heavier on squats. I don't really ever max out bench this is first time I have gone over 300 since before my surgery. I actually kind of want a smith machine as I think that is safest for heavy incline benching and squatting as my joints are not getting any younger. Seems like it would be more stable for shoulders and pec. Kind of want to go see this Dr in Cali now though and maybe get pec done but as you can see at 320lb bench its not necessary for daily activity

Some people think machines are worse for the joints than free weights because of the locked groove.  Maybe try out the smith machines in the gym for a while before buying one for yourself since it's going to take up a lot of room.
