It just arrived.  It's red and has a seat with storage under it.

 My whole point was literally justifying why I need a "new years resolution" each january. This is the whole dam point, if you don't make a plan/resolution you just stand around sitting on your hands until the snow melts.

But I think he did an "ou" spelling where a simple "o" would have sufficed, so I would say it's confirmed.
