It's not a new thing like wtf? People have been cooking stews for hundreds of thousands of years you think they just cook them then throw it away after 1 meal? Fuck I could tell you people I had a cup of coffee this morning and you would want to argue about it.

Where did you get the idea to cook a chili continuously for 2 weeks. And how did the specific flavors from the beginning still linger 2 weeks later if you were using different meats and seasonings? At some point you ate the original meal, a ceramic crock pot is not the same as a 300 year old cast iron caldron in terms of size or having the ability to marinate decades in decade of flavor. At most your crock would hold would be 10 quarts.
So again where did you get the idea? Was it something you found in old paperwork years ago and just remembered because you have a crock pot now?
