"Flex Friday diet cutting day 1. I actually counted calories and limited myself to 3k calories 200g of protein and 200grams of carbs yesterday. Fat intake was still too high over 100g but purchased turkey bacon, fat free milk and low-fat mayo yesterday so will try and bring it down going forward. Previously I was just stuffing my face 5k plus calories a day of everything. I will say I was hungry yesterday 3k felt light but stomach did feel better this morning. Dealing with an ulcer and ulcer pain and hunger pains feel the same. Going to try and stay around 3k calories a day for the next week. No idea how 2k a day is recommended lol".
