I never have in the past, but what are the opinions of training with a cold or while sick? I am so motivated with my training I dont want 1 day to slip away!

If you're not dizzy and can do it, won't hurt and does clear out the system for a short time, but won't hurt to take a few days off and come back refreshed either. Either one.

Training with a cold is ok as long as you do not have a lot of stuff going on in your chest. Dont train with a fever, It will really wipe you out and tax your imune system
