They were like half reps, resemblig Larry Wheels' reps. I counted reps but you often lose count when pumping so many reps, but it was about that. I always used to do max reps with 2 plates after some singles (every workout lol) I had a notion that I had to acclimate myself to only higher poundages so I started warming up with 2 plates also lol. My max a few years after tgat were a few reps with 460. By then I had two severely torn pecs, one surgery and that was it for my "bodybuilding career." Oh if we could only live twice

I didn’t watch video but 405 for 10 is crazy strong. I did 405 for 11 around 26-27 on 400mgs of eq weekly weighing 255-260. Full reps. And no I can’t do it now so I know it doesn’t count.

I spotted my buddy, he did 225 x 49, and 315 x 23... Big barrel chested guy weighed around 275 (natty).
Not a BB, didn't even look like he lifted to be honest. Goofy body. Big upper w/ stick legs...

it's rare to see someone even bench 315 in most gyms, 405 is otherworldly
