I actually first tore in benching at 25 years old. I then tore it again benching at 40. I then reinjured it at 40 snowboarding a few weeks later. I then injured it again at 43 years old. So there are at least 3 different tears. It is what they call a chronic tear. And yeah this Dr says he can fix chronic tears even old ones that are muscular and not tendon not sure why you guys are all experts on chronic pec tears now and know better than the Dr. But he says he can fix it so I am going to go see him in person and find out more information.

Your tear is a tendon it’s obvious from the flexing I had same issue

I doubt it’s possible to do anything after more than a few years because of scar tissue. Not with a tendon. Mine was very complicated altogether after 8 months let alone years. I was told the fact I completely tore it was much better than a partial one. Parshes are never good
