You on a special diet?
Limited to about 2,500 calories a day and the cardiologist calls it the Mediterranean diet. Salad, tuna fish (albacore), some beef and chicken. I sometimes eat a 3 or 4 pieces of pizza as I am so carb depleted I have no energy. Or every two to three weeks I have some ice cream.
I try to walk with either my crutches or walker but for the last two weeks have not done so at all. Too weak, LOL!. Very little weight training in that same period for the same reason. No energy. I have thought about one of those pre-workout drinks which I have not had in over two years now. C4? I think that was it.
