Dj, neither of us were impressed with Winstrol but I'm not a fan of the idea that a drug works great for one person but not at all for another. If either of us would drop everything else and switched to just a good dose of Winstrol it would definitely "work." There really aren't any nonresponders and the ones with very poor response would have a poor response to anything else in this class.
I think the same applies to training and diet. "Find out what works for you, it's wildly different." I don't think so, we're the same species as I said and are going to have very similar responses.
Once dbol runs out I'll take a break from the orals and then when I come back to them it will be either var or winny, too bad my source doesn't have superdrol
I added in creatine monohydrate and I'm trying to find out my calorie intake it will probably be somewhere between 2000 and 2200

As far as training goes the key is increased training loads within choosen rep range
My chins have increased 20 kg 45 pounds my dB hammer curl has increased 4 kg 9 pounds in each hand so its going real well
