I don't know about total daily calories, but I spent 500 dollars at the grocery store yesterday and my wife spent 200 Saturday. I picked up 10 T bone steaks that were on sale a couple pounds of hamburger 2 gallons of milk a dozen eggs and a whole lot more. Food is the expensive part of training not gear. You need to eat. Listening to anorexic DJ talk about 200 calories this and 50 calories that and training on a 30 dollar a week food budget is nonsense. EAT
That aneroxia shit is annoying as hell
My arms are bigger than 75-80% of men I see in my gym but whatever
I spend bout 10-12 bucks a day on food
2400 is not starving dummy and yep if I went to 3500 or so I'd gain fat VERY QUICKLY so fuck dat noise
Done with wasting my time and money on that nonsense
Get this.... The KEY is a very slight surplus to insure that you are only gaining lean dry muscle tissue and.... You must improve in almost each and every training session if you don't improve ie. Add weight or reps to the bar then ZERO muscle is stimulated to grow and that slight surplus will go straight onto to fat tissue and expand and grow it
Back in the late 90s I increased the training loads on the leg press from 5 plates total to 10 plates total in 8 weeks time and guess what? I added 6.5 pounds of lean dry muscle to my legs even have photos to prove it
My body weight went from 160 @ 12% to 165 @ 11%
