I think it was said he was on dialysis and had heart failure. My guess was that he went to Egypt to his parents to die. I think they said he took a nap and passed. Probably had that within 3 days muslim burial. I have no idea but perhaps he left the dialysis machine in the US, wanted to be by his parents when he passed. It would be interesting to ask someone like Nasser in his final days if it was worth it. He was an asshole, but he was also quite intelligent. He could have been a business man and received praise and recognition without an early death.

He was intelligent. Edit: but arrogant. Great build when he dialed it in; but there were far better, more consistent bodybuilders whom could dial it in and were, imo, far better conditioned. I always thought Shawn Ray and Flex deserved an O during some of Dorian's reign. Nasser in 97 was great, though.
