I am in great shape at 46 years old anyway you slice it. Do I have a digestive disease yeah sure. Do I have diabetes or high blood pressure am I overweight do I have mobility issues? Hell no my legs and knees are the best they have been in decades my blood pressure and cholesterol are great both are in the ideal range. My bodyfat is single digit. I am kicking ass. I can snowboard and mountainbike and yeah I rode my trike yesterday I love it. How about you?

I still think its hilariously stupid that he took 54 iu of hgh. I reckon he is on gentrophin- 36iu pens. 1.5 pens that day!

something I found strange was that he dint appear to know how many iu in. vial stating he does a bottle a day. I think he was doing a cartridge of gen a day so 16-36iu

It was totally idiotic. Competitors have done a high dose of GH the night before to hopefully wake up veiny and volumized but this dose is something else lol. Would have needed a 200 unit dose of Lantus to go with it. Megadosing IGF-1 the last week would have made way more sense.

But no type of manipulation would have altered the look much.

Highly doubt he used Genos though, hard to source, cost maybe 10 times as much as China generic lol.

. But yeah did not even hit a most muscular and couldn’t hit a side chest or triceps as leg just starts cramping the second I bend I even managed to fall out of a chair and twist both knees 20 minutes prior.

Dude, I'm inside 2 weeks of my competition and his posts are the only thing outside of my wife and my quarterly bonus that have brought a sincere smile to my face! Granted, I only "discovered" him a few weeks ago (although being in NC, I have probably seen him and don't remember it), but I hope he NEVER leaves!

That is bodybuilding years ad decades of the same repetitive nonsense to make small gains that is how it works. If you want to add some muscle the best way is to bulk. I am going on a long bulk.

So the question becomes house with the best gym setup 1.5 miles from commercial gym and fast food or house with no gym setup but 1/2 mile from commercial gym and fast food??

I am looking at houses near high calorie food as well that is important when I eat at home I don't get as much calories it is important to have some high calorie restaurants nearby

Why does a commercial gym matter? You will get kicked out of that like you did at OBX

I think training legs more which is what I am doing is improving my legs. I think training back more which is what I am doing will improve my back. I think adding 40lbs will improve everything. I have no intention of dieting. I am going on the long bulk. I am going to judge progress the old fashion way strength and size. My midsection is always good when I wake up no matter how bloated it is when I go to bed.

Don Youngblood peaked and won the Masters Olympia at 48 years old. So Yeah I do think I can make gains at 46.

As far as what is different a lot of things. More focus on bodybuilding less energy and calorie expenditure on other hobbies. Slower metabolism with age. Better hormonal support bloodwork and active management of any dietary anemic issues. Better understanding of stomach and when to eat and when to take it easy. Muscle memory to 235lbs. Better equipment and training. Moving close to a high calorie BBQ joint.

And again I know this sounds like I have been saying this for a while but selling house freeing up funds and going to get the pec fixed which will allow greater training. Additionally light squats for reps and biking has really made a difference to my legs if I can continue to do that I will make more gains.

The legs are the key it is all about the legs


And I am not saying 12 weeks I am saying 18 months I am not cutting an ounce until I am over 250lbs

Talk all the nonsense they want the first 20 will be nothing my body wants to be 230lbs when healthy. I will get there east The only reason it is going to take 18 months instead of 12 to get to 250lbs is because recovering from a pec surgery may slow down the bulk.

Don Youngblood was winning big NPC shows as a heavyweight in the early 90's. He didn't just show up.

Also you aren't going to gain appreciable leg mass at near 50.
