I noticed that there is a 'sea change' in the tone of Equis' post since VP Harris was selected the Democratic Presidential nominee and even more so since she selected Walz as her running mate. His posts seem much more hostile and nasty than usual. I will leave it to others to figure out as to why this is.

Thank you for the link. Having read the entire post and considering the tone and content of Agnostic007's other posts over his multiple years on Getbig, it seems entirely possible he was being sarcastic. But, to be honest, unless someone can get inside another person's head, it is impossible to know what they are thinking besides what they claim.

Agreed on both counts.

Even when I believed I was being very clear about something I posted, some folks have misunderstood it. Perhaps, there are times when  this has something to do with the reader's preconceptions and prejudices, so there is no way to completely avoid being misjudged except to post nothing at all.

There was a thread a handful of years ago about getbiggers who had “lost the script”. Basically saying they had broke and posted in a style not like themselves. I remember Fortress was called out on this, his awakening was taken as him “losing the script”. I’d say that Trump has caused some getbiggers to do the same.

Of course I was. Violence and war and barbaric in most cases. An attempted assassination of any political foe from any party is not American. But someone posted a silly post about Trump taking a bullet to save America. Obviously that's not true.. so .....

It's not a Trump thing, only in the context that TDS likely caused you to type something like that.

I didn't even care about it, I chalked it up as par for the course from someone with your post history.
