we all know Ronnie looked much better in 99 than in 98 because of the extra fullness and size combined with more detailed quads and equal detail everywhere else.
so, no, as far as the debate goes, it doesn't matter.
But as far as proving that ND and Pubic are going about this whole debate the wrong way (opinions and words over real pics showing contrary points) it does matter a whole lot.

Again I've personally scanned and used more pics on this thread than ANYONE ! I used every available asset to me to prove my point ( and did a great job ) pictures , video , statistics , facts , figures , first hand accounts , professional bodybuilding writers , competitors , quotes , official IFBB criteria , I've used more than you I understand more than you and in the process I didn't degenerate to redeucing Ronnie to nothing and I've always maintained that there is a possibility Ronnie would win , which is way more than you're willing to admit , this debate ended when you said Dorian is the most overrated bodybuilder of all time , when you said after look at the pictures Flex Wheeler should have won the 1993 Mr Olympia , that Ronnie has more detail in his calves than Dorian , among the host of idiotic statements you've spouted , you in all seriousness are no longer worthy to ' debate ' on the matter you're to far gone.
