Ronnie looks soft and puffy on the DVD....look at the 99GP on youtube...very underwhelming.

tell us, is that why you think he would beat Yates?

or is that why you were "a believer in 99 coleman"?

nothing you say has any validity anymore.

hahahah....what I say has the utmost validity becuase what I say is fact. Yates is known for his hardness and condition. Ronnie was not known for his condition or hardness, especially since he faced soft, puffy, oiled up competition.

You can post whatever you want, but that cannot change what is true. And that is that Yates was harder, and more conditioned in addition to being more muscular. Therefore, Yates wins. Just give up ;)

Not as dry & cut as 1998  ;)

You just had to go and put in your 2 cents. Here is an article on the 1999 Mr. Olympia:

"Ronnie Coleman (1st place) must have been really psyched and motivated in the past year. He came in looking bigger, harder, denser, and more striated than last year. He was very aware of his condition and showed it off from all 360°. Ronnie is the king when it comes to muscularity. He was given straight 1st place votes by all judges in all rounds."

thats what we have been saying and showing all along!

I have mentioned in the past comments regarding Ronnie's superior 99 condition in Ironman magazine and in Muscle and Fitness, but I don't have the issues anymore to quote  from them..

Lonnie Teper specifically mentions Ronnie's quad cuts as a big improvment from his 1998 shape in the ironman mag.

In muscle and fitess, they praise his 99 combo of size, detail and aesthetics...

No doubt ND probably has the mags, but will not quote from them or scan from them since it goes against his Peter M. comments...

we can all see from the video that Ronnie was in better shape overall than in 98:

Wow than that must mean its true lol I'll stick with Peter McGough's assesment  ;) because anyone with half a brain can see he was clearly harder and dryer in 1998

I don't have them because if I did I'd post more pictures and quotes like this one.  ;)

Quote Peter McGough Flex Magazine Jan 2001

RONNIE COLEMAN : ( 264lbs As big as a house , but holding water. In '98 , he was shredded and bone dry at 250 pounds. Last year ( 1999 ) he was 257 pounds but NOT as sharp as '98. This year ( 2000 ) at 264 pounds , he's not as sharp as 99 , which would seem to say that Ronnie is better at a lighter weight .

considering the fact that the man can show up with a missing biceps and have a judge in clear conscience tell you that it made no difference...

yeah, I'd say he was pretty overrated in the eyes of the judges...

A quote from a magazine that you said bashed Dorian from one page to the next

Musclemag International Feb 1995

On the 1994 Mr Olympia

Was it after all a luckywin? I chose to use the word " lucky " because  without a doubt there was an element of luck involved in Dorian's third consecutive Mr. O title . He was far from his best.

I would NOT not wish the reader to leave these pages thinking that the Sandow had been given a handout. THAT WOULD BE FAR FROM THE TRUTH.

nice try ND, but the fact is that the mag questioned both dorian AND lendy murray's 1994 wins in the "muscle go round" section in the front of the mag.

and besides, Jonny Fitness makes it very clear in his review that Shawn Ray should have won. Read the last few sentences of his article..

And Hulkster where exactly is Dorian's missing bicep? top is from 1993 and the bottom 1995 one bicep is shorter than the other and NOT my fucking-much either , you'll clearly notice the left bicep is actualy peaked higher now and the space in between the bicep and forearm really hasn't changed much at ALL you're lucky if there is half an inch difference , so once again your dumbass claim that he's missing a bicep has been exposed as empty rhetoric and bullshit bias and you're going to get beat down until the end of the year and beyond !!  ;)

Hulkster owned by ND yet again. Yates' shorter bicep was hardly as much of a fault as Ronnie's 2 shitty, oiled up "calves" ;)
