The difference in size on those two pics is disturbing. To get that kind of bloat the drug cocktail must have been tremendous.

Hard to tell which is torn the size of both is about the same.

I really can't see much difference between 95 & 98 Coleman. He was better in 98 but not by much. By 98 Yates had retired due to his tricep injury (the only reason) and his old competition was past its prime. That's how Coleman became Mr Olympia. In other words it was a fluke that shouldn't have happened.
