It's obvious the judges/Weider brothers or whoever wanted the new champion to be an outsider. The mags had been saying for years that the next Mr Olympia would be an outsider. They had to prove themselves right.

The crowd booed like mad when Nasser was announced third in 98....wonder why they didn't do that in 97 when he took second to Yates.

For me Nasser was the next Mr Olympia after Yates. I know he had major flaws such as the poor back, long torso and short legs but overall he deserved the title more than that bald headed twat.
