what is really stupid about Pubic's "oily" calf comments, is that IF RONNIE had displayed arms this smooth, puffy and watery, Pubes would be screaming synthol for 1200 pages now...

 ::)
you just dont get "it". his arms are not puffy and watery, how many times do i have to use the example that polished marble is smooth looking, yet rock hard. that is yates for you. i think we all agree he was / is not separated as many others (that he demolished). like the rock used to say, "it doesnt matter".

You claimed gluconeogenesis used carbohydrates as a substrate. LOL.

Nope, I didn't. It was the other guy who said that the liver can make glucose from nothing. I said that an insulin overdose requires immediate treatment with glucagon, and that is 100% correct. I said that there is not ime for the liver to mkae glucose in the case of an insulin overdose. You both are wrong, and just because one f.a.g.g.o.t agrees with the other doesen't chage the fact that both f.a.g.g.o.t.s are wrong. ;)

chris 99 would have given dorian a run for his money.

On what you're basing this claim?

Quote
flex 93 and Ronnie 99 would have beaten dorian

Incorrect. Flex at his best would have defeated Ronnie 1998, but not Dorian 1995 or Ronnie 1999. He didn't have the size. Flex at his best is far more aesthetic and with as much symmetry and muscle quality as Dorian, but he simply lacks the size. I'm sorry, but a 225 lbs Flex could never defeat a 260lbs Dorian.

what they couldn't do is beat dorian.

what's all this talk about cormier? he was never even close to beating any of the guys that werent even close to beating dorian.

Cormier has placed ahead of Flex, Levrone, Dillet, Ray, Ronnie (not sure but probably soemtimes before 1998 when Dorian fans say he was his best), and more of less anyone else they claim should or could have beaten Dorian.

Look at legs with a great set of calves hulkster (i.e. Ruhl)....makes Ronnie's legs look like utter shit. Ronnie's quads could have all the cuts in the world, but those shitty twigs he's walking on ruin everything.

ruhl rules them all in that shot

You're views on this debate are correct....but, your statement than gluconeogenesis requires carbohydrates as a substrate is false. The latter is not debatable.

Chris' incredible 99 condition, that, along with Ronnie 99, would have stopped dorian from getting gold or silver at the contest:

I never said that carbs are necessary for glucogenesis; I said that there is no time for the liver to make glucose in the case of an insulin overdose and that an insulin overdose must be treated immediately with glucagon. What exactly is wrong with that statement? I think you have reading comprehension issues. And it is spelled "your" and not "you're". The contraction there was completely unnecessary. If you did indeed score at the 99% on your SAT, I am ssuming it was not on the SAT-Verbal.;)

the complete absence of definition is why dorian's arms look so smooth, soft, watery and puffy...

Chris' incredible 99 condition, that, along with Ronnie 99, would have stopped dorian from getting gold or silver at the contest:

Delusional. How can Cormier defeat Dorian if Dorian wins the side chest - bigger pecs and calves -, the side triceps, the rear lat spread, the back double biceps - Cormier has better arms but Dorian kills him in back, hams and calves -, the abs-and-thighs - Cormier's abs are as good as Dorian's, but Dorian's bigger quads and lats give him the edge - and the front lat spread? Give Cormier the front symmetry round and from the sides, but Dorian kills him in all mandatories except the front double biceps and two angles in the relaxed round. The bottom line is that Dorian trounces Cormier. The fact that you believe that Cormier would defeat Yates goes to show what a biased guy you are. >:(

actually, its quite the oppostie.

everyone on this board knows of your pathetic nuthugging.

delusional would be thinking that ronnie sucked before 98 and thinking all his advantages that he had after 98 didnt exist before - arms, taper, details, etc.

and also thinking dorian couldnt beat a 245 lbs. cormier.

LMAO.

well, considering that pretty much the entire bodybuilding community save for a few delusional individuals feels that a 210 pound shawn ray owned dorian in 1994 (and many feel 96 also), I don't see why you are laughing about Chris beating Dorian..
