100% TRUTH, arms are genuinly more important then calves... calves are really just one small muscle group that plays small roles in only a few of the mandatories... the arms incorporate many muscle groups and because of this are infinitly more popular and important then calves....
not to mention Ronnie coleman has the greatest arms in the history of the sport... from all angles his arms are unreal... dorian didnt eve have better calves then a lot of his competition... and it wouldnt matter even if he did...
ummm i guess calves might be as important as forearms?
First of all you're under the
wrong assumption dorian has poor arms , Dorian arms at his best were damn good with great triceps , world class forearms and mediocre biceps , Ronnie has BIGGER arms but they lack balance and great triceps size medicore sidetriceps shape , world class biceps among the best ever , and medicore bowling pin shaped forearms , and I hate to break it to you Lee Preist has better
ARMS than Ronnie , better triceps , better forearms and biceps almost as good if not on par and he has better balance in his entire arm
This is the part where I school about the importance of calves , unlike Dorian's medicore biceps , poor calves are much more a liability , why? because they can be seen in every single mandatory pose from every angle , medicore biceps can only be seen in the front double biceps pose , poor calves can be seen in
The front & rear latspreads , front double biceps , rear double biceps , side chest , side triceps , abdominal and thigh and most musuclar , big difference !! so nice try on this front unfortunately you failed
and Dorian's calves wern't better than his competitors? what have you been smoking ? His calves were the best of anyone he competed with including Dillett who said Yates has better calves , man you have a lot to learn.
