They always used to announce the second place before the winner, not sure when it changed but I remember ice machine man once saying "in true Olympia tradition we will announce the winner first", it was never Olympia tradition

I think it changed when Ronnie lost his title in 2006. The old way was much better. They basically forget the second place guy.
