yep, along with the "you can only absorb 25gms per sitting"
That makes it impossible to eat 200gms a day unless you eat 8 meals a day
Along came fart powder and you can now drink 50gms over two shakes
I mentioned before guy who owned the gym used to eat one meal a day of steamed veg and he used to do Triathalons
He then added 6 eggs a day and added 28lb of volume just by adding some test and mast and hitting the weights again
It was old mass he regained but still he didnt eat any meat , it was 6 eggs , about 50 gms protein a day
