considering how she has butchered herself with surgeries (shes starting to look like pete burns) thinking its an improvement no fucking way is she mentally competent to make any decisions regarding her children. I'm not even of the opinion that transgender isn't real in some cases (i honestly don't know) but NO FUCKING WAY are her children genuinely so. Fucking child abuse at its worse and even if it doesn't get to the point of surgical or hormonal intervention they'll be fucked for life.
