This is my planned protocol and a glimpse of on of 4-5 sets I did on this machine during my actual workout from week 13

Notice it says progress to a push up by week 20 and I am doing sets of 25 on chest press at week 13. Sure I am using light weight but I am using weight. I am way past my schedule and I have been holding myself bacl

Wolverine's healing factor has become super dooper powered in the last 20 years. He got reduced to the adamantium skeleton with 1 living cell remaining and fully recovered from that. WolverHankins on the other hand walks up a flight of stairs and shits himself and is (more)crippled for weeks afterward.

I took yesterday off but I am heading to the gym to train everything again today. There is no more split I just train everything when I go to the gym at this point. My training is manic at this point. I want to lift 8 hours a day. I need to just take is slow.

once Spencer lost its Brian that lost interest , Brian only does something he thinks hes good at until he realises he isnt then gives it up and pretends hes "moved on" to something new.

Its so he doesnt have to admit to himself hes a fucking failure
Spencer probably still wants to go but Brian thinks Spencer losing is the same as him losing.
I wouldnt be surprised if Brian has cut down his vistation since Spencer lost his match.

When people start their word puking with "honestly" it's because they know deep down what they are going to say is a bunch of bullshit and they are praying people agree with them. In this case, once again you think you know more than the people who are experts in their field. In this case surgery and PT. You have a SPECIFIC set of things you are and are not supposed to do. I am not doing a front double you moron I am showing him the overhead rotation range of motion that is the last thing I am still working on. It also is where you see the tendon the most. It was painful for me to get to that range of motion. Its a little better now but not there yet. I can not do a front double yet. I am showing the connection and what moves just like I showed in the presurgery video he posted the day prior.
