That will definitely confuse my muscles!
Seriously though, I'm trying to keep my arms constantly sore for a while and negatives do that, like running downhill causes more soreness than running uphill. Tendons tend to get inflamed though, notice it just grabbing regular objects like a cellphone. So I'm trying to moderate the inflammation with fish oil and curcumin and other antioxidants. Emphasizing negatives, especially on last rep, maybe adding a pure negative or two as well
