Craft that cannot be jammed, are not seen on radar, can morph into different shapes, have no infrared signature (do not emit heat) and often come from (or disappear over) the ocean are not American, Chinese or Russian drones.
There is at least one non human civilisation here with us. They seem by and large not dangerous or agressive, so just admit you don't know who they are or what they want.
Perhaps the White house is scared it will lose authority. And the Pentagon thinks lying is best because it gets 900 billion dollars per year from the American taxpayer. So people will demand answers and the DoD has a lot of explaining to do once they tell the truth.
