The big thing these last few years has been facial fat transfer. I think she has that done. At 58, it is very difficult to maintain that fullness unless at a very high body fat.

Here is a prior picture of hers, you can see the loss of volume:

Still looks better than most 58 year old women by a mile. The freckles actually make her cuter.
