Arby's new menu is the best thing going. Their new Market Fresh sandwiches are awesome.

No, I'm serious, man. My sleep cycle's all f'd up because I often work night shifts, but you are ALWAYS online.

R U like one of those Microsoft super-computer guys who lives on Cheezits + Red Bulls, and just programs/writes code/makes websites 22 hours/day?  Which I respect btw!

Just curious, really.  How do you balance your sleep/work/lifting?
