I think the whole online "coach" phenomenon is a scam from many angles. Ok, if an aspiring bodybuilder found someone who took a genuine interest in them and they built rapport between them it could be fantastic. The old Mastro Dan Duchaine said it like 30 years ago, "what these gurus like the Chad do is say 'don't eat that, eat now,' and then some odd secret like 'eat green bananas' for carb up. It's just an expensive babysitter." Maybe a sports psychologist would be a better investment, after all everything starts in the mind

A few fellas over the years asked me if I could coach their buddies for prep or whatver and I said "hell no, there are no secrets, what these coaches do is try to sell some secret that isn't there." I said to a couple guys if they wanted to bounce ideas off me that would be fine, absolutely no fucking charge of course

It's all a fucking grift, you want to get big and strong just join a PL gym, these guys are a fucking fountain of knowledge and offer ideas free of charge, just gotta show up and be helpful and dependable and put effort into your own lifting. These fellas might show up to cheer you on on your PR days even if it's their off day or they are injured themselves. But many don't value golden knowledge sometimes gained over decades if it isn't attached to big price tag and don't promise magic
Just my humble thoughts. Another long ass diatribe *sigh*
