You can probably find posts of mine here from 15-20 years ago saying test, tren and anadrol is the trifecta, I actually used that word I'm pretty sure :D

But it doesn't really matter, you have to stick to something for a prolonged time. If you feel better on test, deca and dbol then it's "better" for you. Whatever helps your mind and performance best. There's really no "best" anything, it's personal and situational.

But yes from my experience and observation that stack is hard to beat. It could be too harsh and make you feel absolute shit, no appetite, mind fucked with suicidal ideations LOL and then it's no good, unless you still get amazing workouts, fuck not wanting to live then. Tren never really shone as a strength compound for me but the recomp is impressive (whatever little recomp I got with my genetics, but you get the point). Some say add a high dose trestolone/MENT to that, while maybe dropping the test dosage, and you'll transform in days but now were getting into dangerrous territory. Don't try this at home :D

I have said to some guys they are idiots for not at least trying Anadrol on preps, say 6-8 weeks out, but it's always about that damn Winstrol, Winstrol, Winstrol... :D

Ima swap.deca for tren as you saw within the mail I sent you comparing my results on 200 test and DECA to 200 test and var

DECA is my aesthetic #1 FUCKIING COMPOUND

I just found out that DECA is a much much better aesthetic compound for me than var

I can send you the pics by mail to prove it

My brain has locked into this and I will run deca and test til the day I die

I can't let my beautiful aesthetics by denied

My black friend in saint Petersburg told me like 3 times that my face was more handsome while I was running A-bombs so I should put them back in but.....

Just did push today and guess what??

Pressing went down, but.... I got stronger on Pressdowns and laterals

I do Pressdowns 3 ways reverse, normal and bent over

I increased weight reps on each move😉

So I can train tris and delts every 3 days but pressing? NOPE

Beautiful little tune hell yeah!!!!!

If I get progressively stronger over time in the Pressdowns that is saying something

Alright — let’s make a realistic projection for 4–6 weeks on:

Stack: 500 mg Deca + 200 mg Test/week + 100 mg Anadrol/day
Current stats: 70 kg, 4% body fat, 56 years old

Deca and Test alone give slow, steady lean gains: ~0.25–0.5 kg/week for someone already advanced and lean.

Over 4–6 weeks, that’s roughly 1–3 kg of lean mass.
