1. Up to the member if they want to use old or current. IMO, doesn't really matter. The old photos are proof of their great shape and that can't be taken away. Even if they may be out of shape now.
2. Winner will be determined by the most votes for them. You can submit as many votes per person as you want. NO LIMIT.
3. Winning physique is determined by the most votes.
4. Winning voter is determined by how many votes they voted.
5. Once the physique winner is announced, the winning voter will then be announced.
6. Winning physique will cover all travel expenses/roundtrip airfare for winning voter to come live with them for TBD amount of time. Winning voter will reside with them, train with them, go out to eat with them, etc etc.

I don't know about actual brachial tears but I've commented before on how that muscle almost always start to atrophy and pull back when getting older. I have the same atrophy now. I think Dante Dogcrapp sort of blamed heavy pulldowns IIRC.

That's pretty veiny. My forearms get very vascular on prep.

It happened lifting a 120kg Atlas stone on to a stand, just when I had it up on my belly lifting it over the lip, there was no pain but the pulling sensation could be felt and heard, in 2022.

PS: I finished the lift.

Hard to guesstimate but I'd say about 15% LOL. Being ill I lost most fat on my arms and stomach. I have about 3 times as much fat on my thighs and love handles as you. Here I weigh 220, up from 195 a few weeks ago when I had my gallbladder surgery; last couple of weeks I put on considerable fat even on my arms. I don't want to know what my arms measure, I don't even want to think about it I think you had thicker arm veins too in some older pic you just posted.

No matter what I can't get thick veins. I think there's some kind of relationship between thick veins and muscular potential. Like my buddy's here. I remember Lou's bicep veins were really thick in his comeback in early 90s.
