Wood HankinsDear Haters who don’t lift. It is real simple a sleeved squat counts because you are allowed to wear knee sleeves in Raw competition. An elbow sleeve bench press absolutely does not count as not allowed to be worn in competition. Hope that clears it up I know it is confusing for people who don’t lift. Just like 90 degrees is the depth standard. This is an established sport with established standards just like strict curling you guys dont get to make up your own rules and standards. If you are not listed on OpenPowerliftimg your numbers are all bullshit anyway. I plan to get my squat on the board next month.
