He deleted his Facebook I'm not sure he unfriended me in particular. I messaged him originally to give some friendly diet advice as he was 2 or 3 weeks from his show. He may well deserve the hate that he seems to get, but he still competes, he tries, and I respect him for it.

He doesn't.

He takes advantage of his Crohn's, cuts corners, and barely sacrifices, if at all.

He ignores real advice from folks here who were willing to help and have been successful, and shits all over them (and everything else in his vicinity, likely).

So revolutionary:

I present the wedge squat overhead hold movement. The wedge allows a nice deep quad stretch, and the overhead hold keeps your back upright in the correct position and opens the shoulders

He shit on overhead squats as they were a 'circus trick' or something to that effect (I am sure Delon could find it), but now he is "presenting" to everyone.  What a douche.  The "wedge" is there to elevate your heels for those with shitty ankle mobility.  In addition it helps with those who have shittier thoracic mobility.  Whatever that device he is using, just use a fucking long resistance band FFS

I did 14 a few weeks later but you just ignore that everytime. Breathing has jack shit to do with anything. You have not lifted a weight I cannot lift you did one more rep so what. Keeping in mind that the eternal braggart (my life is great, keep hating haters etc etc) posted the below uncharacteristic italic replies on facebook only 3 & 5 weeks ago, which don't really accord with a budding new law student with a freshly attached tit, and has a long and less-than-illustrious history of snatching defeat from the jaws of victory

No one sent me to do anything. Brian went dark recently after admitting to me something big happened in his life. The last thing he said to me was he congratulated me on getting my home gym going with some new equipment.

Over a short period of time the glimpse into his life I got I came away liking him even more.

Now, sadly, he's literally vanished and it's for his benefit sure. And a loss for us.
