Hey, yesterday i rolled my ankle pretty bad at a mat club for wrestling, besides icing and rest, is there anyhting you guys to do to get it better that works. I really wanna get better as soon as i can. Thanks a lot.

See an orthopod to get film first.  Yes ice is good and so is resting, keeping your feet elevated, but you don't want to miss wrestling right?

Once you get your films back, try a light stretching program for the ankle, taking Advil-Motrin for pain and resume weight training for ankle stability once the pain lessons.  Try some heel-toe raises and some Bosu ball squats-lunges for stability..
