A tremendous achievement for the USA, an enemy country was taken over without a single loss of life on the US side and minimal local casualties. An enemy and ally of Russia, Cuba, China and North Korea is now neutralised at minimal cost.
Concerning the hardships of the Venezuelan people, because the local currency is worthless and extremely high inflation makes it impractical to hold, everyone tries to get hard currency such as US dollars.
But as in all countries like this, the government makes it near impossible to obtain foreign currency, so people have to rely on the blackmarket and as a result the unofficial exchange rate for USD is considerably higher.
So a benefit could be that there will be an increased supply of USD entering the country and people will able to use more accurate exchange rates. It is also possible the country could in future use the US dollar or a currency pegged to it.
(Stablecoins and crypto help many as well, but most, especially older people are not aware of or familiar with these options)
