What exactly are the "Epstein files" anyway?  I honestly don't know.  List of clients who raped underaged girls?  List of people or clients who visited his island?

That doesn't really answer my question.  What "criminal activities"?  Who was involved?

Why care? I assume you would want anyone who participated in the sex trafficking of minors punished for their crimes. As to who was involved, that is the point of releasing the files, although some have been accused, indicted and even imprisoned, such as Epstein himself and Ghislaine Maxwell. It would also be beneficial to anyone only suspected of involvement in Epstein's sex trafficking and who is innocent, to have their name cleared.

That sort of dances around my question.  Do "the files" contain evidence of sex trafficking of minors involving perpetrators who have not yet been held accountable?

I guess we will find out next week sometime if Congress decides to hold one or both of them in contempt.
