I have tried everything. It improved a lot but still terrible overall. On the other hand I tell myself that maybe it's a blessing. Having children is romanticized but in the end what does it accomplish other than complicating your life and in the end you die just like anybody else.

I got one of those YoSperm tests off Amazon (People UK take one called Exseed I’ve seen too)
when I was still trying to get the wife pregnant.

Amazing test that said I was normal fortunately, but it tells you if the count or motility is off with a video you can watch on your phone.
