Only if you have high DHT (DHT sensitivity). My hair is the longest it’s been in over 30 years and I’ve done almost all of it.

Cut it down to 10IU’s per week woke up 183.8 this morning. Cheat day tomorrow. Monday start increasing calories and cardio. Energy systems type-training

Haha i remember a few years ago i said you should weigh around what Tito Raymond weighs and you said it’ll be too much to drop that type of weight, now you are around his weight  :D

6 months down 37lbs in year 64…..

All joking and bullshit aside, your face is looking really aged here.  In that other photo you were showing loss of skin laxity and sagging.  Now you are looking much older than 64.  You should add prescription retinoids to your facial routine.  Fillers would be more ideal, but not at this point since you seem to want to continue losing weight.

Tretinoin would help some.  The face takes the longest to settle with dramatic weight loss.
