There's no way they'd be able to cover all that up.  Too many people you know and I know and everyone knows are on it.  Word of any significant problems would spread like wildfire.  Instead there are a few reports of minor inconveniences.  Might some tiny group have issues?  Yes, but c'mon use your common sense.  It's just like with Covid where if it had been as it was portrayed we would have seen bodies in the streets.
I've read numerous horror stories from people discussing their experiences taking these drugs and why they don't anymore. But these stories seem to be pushed away and never remain easy access to read online. They're not being covered up, people are speaking up and sharing, but these stories require searching and are not easily accessible or mentioned in the media.
I completely understand all drugs carry risks, and that some folks never have issues. But I've read more bad than good. A local person I know was taking Ozempic for a long time, and was able to lose a ton of weight. But he ended up having to stop because of constant stomach issues. I just also think it's scary that we don't know what the long term effects will be. and then what happens if you quit the drug? Do your cravings come back even worse?

I remember people saying this same thing decades ago about the long term effects of steroids. Scare tactic hucksters protecting their rice bowls of supplement sales. And I’m not talking about huge dosages from Pros or lunatics. Scare tactics about a bottle of dbol. And the long term effects were nothing.

Seems like steroids are safer than these GLPs.

You could read 1000 stories if 10 million people are on these and one out of 10,000 experiences some weird side effects

Just to be contrarian LOL, it's like with the clot shot, if it was that dangerous we'd seen bodies in the streets. My point is that we see things we want to see and are blind to what we don't want to see. If you go looking for dollar bills they might appear in the street as if by magic :D

I haven't personally seen or heard of major sides with the GLP-1s. I tipped off a friend about retatrutide and he got on it and said it was a golden suggestion, magic LOL. Little appetite but the really surprising thing is that he still felt really good overall. I did stress to him that all drugs could have sides, even serious ones so don't blame me :D

I saw something about new beta-2 agonist fat loss drugs (think clen without the sides). Might already be available from China but haven't looked. Muscle sparing. Something to add to the reta :D

Similar to the "Pilot Diet" that's been around for years, it has its fans -

Yup. Plus not eating carbs at breakfast supposedly makes you more attractive :D

GLP’s linked to this brain disease.
Definitely get this vitamin if you take it.

Wrong, this was a report of one odd case:

“A 37-year-old male with a past medical history of anxiety, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, diabetes mellitus, hyperlipidemia, hypertension, major depressive disorder, polysubstance abuse, and thyroid disease was brought into the ED from a correctional facility with dysphagia, slurred speech, word-finding difficulty, a severe left-sided headache, and restricted extraocular movements.”

It’s quite early in hearing about the effects of the nutritional deficiencies.

The AI I asked compared these drugs to stomach stapling in terms of associated risks.

Also you fail to “realize that dozens of similar cases have been documented worldwide, leading endocrinology and emergency medicine associations to raise formal safety alerts.” (Gemini)

Plenty of self control...I'm still hovering around 12% at 217 and almost 64. Just no reason for me to be this heavy and unless I'm getting ready for a show and since there's zero chance of that happening I'm not killing myself to drop. Just being honest. But, I'll probably close to contest weight by July

Excellent, you started at 217, so you're now about 180?

How's the food noise?  Will it return if you go off?

Pretty healthy guy aside from those conditions.

There's 20-30 million people on these worldwide and rapidly increasing.  Of course there's going to be random cranks and nutters reporting problems hoping to make a buck.  If there were any real problems we'd already know.  What ever happened to double blind studies, now everything is self-reported garbage.  Might as well ask Hankins for his self-reports.

Give or take, yes. As far as the food noise, very little. If I want or crave something I’ll have it. Nothing really snack related in the evenings. I do have a Trader Joe’s ice cream sandwich habit at night that I work in. I’ve never went over 1ml wk and have reduced it to 1/2. I’ll have a “cheat” meal twice a week.

Not a one. Although I've had allergies all summer.

I have heard of some problems with the GLP-1's like Ozempec. I think it's important to distinguish the GLP-1's and 3's like Reta. I think for the general public people are just looking for weight loss not taking into consideration the diet is just as important or they'll just waste away. Just look at some of these celebs who look like they're ready to drop dead. It's the opposite in the fitness and bodybuilding world. Most don't want to lose muscle.

A friend I hadn't heard from in years called me today and said his GF had said she wasn't happy with being fat on a vacation in Mallorca. She was going to start watching her diet but it was going to be tough to stick with. He said maybe there are some peptides that might help, perhaps MOTS-C or similar? I told him to look into retatrutide, food noise wouldn't be an issue, she would lose without even trying. He ordered a bottle while we were talking. I did tell him to read up on it and to understand everything could have sides, sometimes serious. I mentioned pancreatitis specifically. Will be interesting to hear from him how it goes. I told him to perhaps try the bottle himself first to see if there are some immediate bad reactions, it's black market stuff after all, that's what I would do before giving something to a loved one 8)

Chad Nicholls said he used retatrutide himself because he didn't want to recommend something he didn't experience himself. He said he thought he's seeing more bulging bellies at shows and it was probably due to the reta, slower gut motility. You had to learn when to drop it before shows to flatten the stomach.
