I apologize but I've had it up to here with the mocking attempts to associate my last name with a meat-based peasant dish eaten by the likes of BigRo.

As to the question of "real" posters, who gives a fuck? It's a tiny forum of muscle-worshipping literal retards who believe in ghosts, aliens, Jeebus, fake moon landings and the inherent goodness of Israel. Anyone logging on here to have "serious" discussions about bodybuilding can eat my shit.
